This IS and works much better for me because besides helping me control my sides and back, minimize my chest making my clothes fit much better than with the other not minimizers camisoles which I also love. I highly recomend this if you have upper body issues. True to size. Does not roll up. I also think it is a litte bit longer than the 8318. Provides firm tummy and bust control. Lined cups prevent show-through. Lace applique on front of back adjustable straps. No closure - goes on over the head.
