Summary: straps come undone easily
Comment: The straps come undone easily, and you can easily see it under a bra and tshirt, but with a sweater/sweatshirt over it, it's not bad. It does work as a 'reminder' to straighten up posture, but still leaves plenty of room for poor posture/slouching.
A better alternative would be to work those muscles at the gym or at home to strengthen them, thus, less likely to slouch.

Wore this goody for about 4 hours...felt like someone took the ice picks right out of my shoulder. Yeah it has it's quirks...it can be itchy around the pits...and if you're larger than a size 16 you probably want to add one of those bra extenders to make it larger.
My mom tried it on...for about 1 minute and said..."Oh yeah I need one. Order it for me"...Ok..."And one for my friend"...ok. Sure thing...will just go with the 3 pack this time maybe Mom will give me the extra one. Sure, right... ;-)
Wear for a couple hours here and there and get some relief...it's not an end all but combined with some other methods: traction, heat and massage on a regular basis I am feeling like I might be able to go out in the real world and be a decent person more often. ;-)
Hints...
Wear a t-shirt under to prevent chaffing.
Wear in only a couple hour stints to start.
Tuck some shoulder pads under the pits if it's itching.
Use a bra extender if it's too tight.
Tag goes on the right side.

Summary: Works but hurts
Comment: I ordered one of these to help my posture. It definitely pulls your shoulders back which does, in fact, help your posture. The problem is that the straps cut off the blood flow to your arms. Your arms start tingling and that's just the start of its uncomfortableness. After a while, the straps bruised my arms. My posture was corrected wearing it but the price on my physical comfortableness was too high to pay.

Comment: First this band was really difficult to put on. Then after wearing it a short while I could feel the bloodflow to my arms being cut right from the armpits. I couldn'd wear it.

Summary: posture perfect band-I would recommend this for 20-50 yr old
Comment: When I first tried it, it was great! It kept my posture perfectly aligned, but as the band stretches it doesn't stay where it should be any more. I bought 5 all together so I change it every day. For the money I guess it's worth it , but not for long term.
