Summary: E Bags has great customer service
Comment: I ordered this bag, and it was nice but the bottom zipper broke the first time I tried to use it. Hence the four stars, but E Bags gets 5 stars for customer service!
I called E-Bags and they will email me a shipping label, refund the purchase and charge me for another bag. As the color I wanted was not in stock so, I chose a this same bag in leather.
I spoke to Meagan and she was very helpful.
