These gloves are probably more for dress wear than a work enviroment. If I had to wear gloves in a work environment, I'd go with Thinsulate lined gloves. Surprising, Thinsulate lined gloves seem to repel the cold better over time than rabbit fur lined gloves. Per the suggestion of other reviewers, I ordered the gloves one size larger than the chart suggested and they fit fine. Comment: I got these as a present for my husband. He wears size L, but I got XL after reading all the warnings on this page. Even though he really liked the idea of fur-lined gloves (and he had another pair from a different manufacturer before), he was disappointed. Something wasn't right about the size. The fingers felt pretty tight, but too long, and the palm and the wrist were too wide. The gloves were overall on the thin side and strands of fur were coming off easily. They did not look like they were going to be warm. The leather quality was nice and the overall look was, too, but we decided to return them after all. Shipping by the seller was fast and they gave us a full refund fast. In other words, we just waisted some money on shipping back and forth, but that's all.
